Pandanan Hamlet is a favorite tourist destination in Lombok, admired by tourists for its beautiful beaches. Diarrhea represents a common and potentially serious global health issue, especially in areas with limited access to healthcare. This condition, characterized by increased frequency and fluidity of stool, can be caused by various factors ranging from bacterial or viral infections to chronic medical conditions. This research focuses on Pandanan Village, examining the impact of waste management on the incidence of diarrhea. Waste management is a crucial environmental issue worldwide. Improperly managed waste, encompassing various materials from household to industrial waste, can become a source of disease spread. The study indicates a correlation between good waste management and a decrease in diarrhea incidents. Results show a significant relationship (P<0.05) between poor waste management and increased diarrhea incidence, with poor waste management being linked to 22 cases of diarrhea. These findings underscore the importance of proper waste management as a preventive measure against diarrhea, particularly in the context of sanitation and environmental cleanliness. This research provides crucial insights into the relationship between environmental factors and public health, highlighting the need for interventions focused on improving sanitation infrastructure and health education in Pandanan Village.
I PUTU BAYU AGUS SAPUTRAI PUTU DEDY ARJITAIRWAN SYUHADAI GEDE ANGGA ADNYANA

http://journal.unmasmataram.ac.id/index.php/GARA/article/view/740

This approach has been widely adopted in many countries around the world and has been the subject of much research and discussion. One of the key understandings around Adaptive reuse is the balance between managing the historical and cultural significance of a building and making it functional and fit for its new use. This can involve changes to the building's physical structure or design, which may be necessary to accommodate new uses, but which also have the potential to compromise its historical integrity. There is also often a tension between the desire to own a building and the need to make it financially viable, as the costs of adapting existing structures to new uses can be significant. Another issue that has been debated in the context of Adaptive reuse of buildings is the role of government and the private sector in spending on and supporting such projects. Some argue that the public sector should play a more active role in promoting and supporting Adaptive reuse, especially for projects involving important historic buildings. Others argue that the private sector should take the lead, with government support in the form of regulations and financial incentives. This research is entitled "Study and Strategy for Implementing Adaptive reuse in Heritage Area Buildings at Jalan Gajah Mada Denpasar, Bali". This study will discuss the various strategies used in changing the function of buildings by considering the concepts and principles of Adaptive reuse. This aims to provide guidelines for implementing and planning development in the Gajah Mada heritage area. The results obtained are that one of the case studies in Gajah Mada obtained an ARP result of 67.3% which is classified as moderate with high potential for Adaptive reuse and the existence of 6 intervention approaches namely Umbrella, New Interior, New Face, Parasite, Bridge and Transition. Such can be a strategy in building planning in the Gajah Mada Heritage Area.
IDA BAGUS GEDE PARAMA PUTRANI PUTU RATIH PRADNYASWARI ANASTA PUTRI

This research aims to determine the problems of protecting consumers of imported used clothing. This research uses empirical legal research methods with a case approach that occurs, then analyzed using descriptive analytical techniques. The research results show that basically consumer protection against the sale of imported used clothing in Gorontalo in terms of Law Number 8 of 1999 is carried out by providing guidance to the Non-Governmental Consumer Protection Institution (LPKSM). Carrying out law enforcement efforts through preventive actions such as raids and visiting sales centers, including checking procedures and business permits, especially buying and selling clothes and site construction permits. Apart from that, it provides warnings to business actors who then take action with confiscation and provide sanctions for perpetrators who are still unaware. However, even though there are regulations that prohibit imported used clothing, this business tends to still have a lot of interest. This law enforcement effort is carried out by coordinating with Civil Servant Investigator Supervisors (PPNS) for Consumer Protection from Regency and City to the Police, as well as goods and services supervisors. The problem of providing protection to consumers of imported used clothing in Gorontalo City is that there is a strong desire that arises in sellers and buyers; New law enforcement is limited to socialization and appeals, without confiscation and imposing sanctions; There are no regional regulations in the form of regional regulations; and Lack of Public Awareness.
DHEA ANANDA ADAMNIRWAN JUNUSJULIUS T. Milkfish (Chanos chanos Forsskal) is a food fish that is spread across several regions in Indonesia. Milkfish is quite high in protein, making the digestive process easier for the body when consumed by people of all ages. This causes an increase in demand for this fish on the market, both in local and international markets. This increase in production causes demand for seeds to also increase. However, this request often cannot be fulfilled. This is because the availability of seeds is limited. This research aims to determine the reproductive performance of hatchery scale milkfish. This research activity was carried out in March-April 2023 at the Center for Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries (BBPBAP) Jepara, Central Java. The data collection techniques used in this research were descriptive methods and field observations. The results obtained were milkfish hatchery activities including broodstock rearing, handling eggs, checking water quality, enriching broodstock feed, feeding broodstock, as well as larval rearing activities until harvest.
The potential for coastal resources in the Sekotong region, West Nusa Tenggara is very large both from an ecological and economic perspective. Various types of aquatic biota, both macroorganisms and microorganisms such as phytoplankton, can be found in this area. Phytoplankton can generally be used as a bioindicator to monitor water conditions, pollution and eutrophication. This research aims to determine the composition of the abundance and community of phytoplankton in the Sekotong coastal area. This research was carried out in January 2023 using a descriptive method, namely taking and measuring samples in the field and then describing the results. The highest phytoplankton abundance results obtained were 8640 cells/l, which is included in the oligotrophic or low category. Meanwhile, the phytoplankton composition found consisted of Chrysophyta and Cyanophyta. The results of the dominance index range from 0.19 to 0.34, which means low dominance, while the diversity index ranges from 0.91 to 1.71, which means moderate diversity. Water quality conditions show normal water values. So in general, the condition of the phytoplankton community in the Sekotong Beach area is still in the normal category with low abundance.
DAMAI DINIARIWISANTHOY BATUN CITRA RAHMADANI

This research aims to determine the effect of various Tricokompos doses, the effect of varieties and the interaction between these two factors on rice plants. This research used an experimental method with field trials carried out in Hamparan Papak, RT 01/RW 02, Bale Montong 1 Hamlet, Kawo Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency, NTB Province from January to March 2024. The design used was a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with factorial experiment. The first factor is Tricokompos dosage with 4 levels, namely T0 (without Tricokompos), T1(5 tons/ha), T2(10 tons/ha), T3(15 tons/ha)). The second factor is using varieties with 3 levels, namely V1 (Inpari 32), V2 (Ciliwung) and V3 (Cakra Buana). The results of data analysis showed that the Tricokompos treatment factor had a significant effect on plant height parameters in all observations. The leaf number parameters observed from week 1 to week 12 had a significant effect on the Tricocompost and variety factors. Furthermore, the wet weight and dry weight parameters show a real influence. However, on the green pigment diameter of the leaves and the number of tillers there was no real influence on either the Tricocompost or Variety factors. It is also known that the number of tillers has significant results on the variety factor alone. Apart from that, the results of data analysis also showed that there was no interaction between the Tricokompos and Variety factors. The research results showed that Tricocompost resulting from fermentation of Trichoderma spp. with a dose of 15 tons/ha it can stimulate rice growth, the use of Tricokompos 10 tons/ha is the most efficient dose, and it is also known that the Inpari 32 variety shows better growth and yield compared to other varieties.WAWAN APZANIBAHARUDDIN BAHARUDDINZAINAL ARIFINMIRFATUL HIDAYAHISHAK SUNANDI

The findings indicate that interfaith marriage can have complex legal consequences, especially concerning the status of children and inheritance rights. The importance of Sudhi Wadani in Balinese society is evident from its role in uniting individuals from different religious backgrounds into the Hindu belief system, as well as providing official confirmation of an individual's religious status in legal and customary contexts. Likewise, the regression coefficients for SIA, IP, and Financial Reports are respectively 0.642, 0.118, and 0.238. The positive coefficient values mean that there is a unidirectional relationship with increasing sales. Furthermore, the correlation relationship between variables is very strong as indicated by the R value of 83.8%, while the adjusted R2 value is 0.685 (68.5%) and the variation in sales increase is explained by the independent variable. Where the remainder (100%-68.5%) = 31.5% is explained by other causes outside the model. Standard Error of estimate (SEE) is 0.246.
Drainage is a system created to overcome the problem of excess water above ground and water below ground. The performance of the drainage system is determined by using good construction techniques, carrying out routine and periodic maintenance. Heavy rains not only cause surface water runoff but also urban surface water runoff which forms puddles of water due to the low carrying capacity of the drainage system. One of the areas that experienced flooding in the city of Denpasar was Jalan Antasura in the Peguyangan Kaja area, North Denpasar, which was caused by blockage of channels by sediment caused by rubbish. This research monitors and evaluates rainfall, flood discharge and water capacity in drainage channels. The results of the calculation evaluation and comparison with HEC-RAS modeling show that the water capacity in the drainage channel at the 0-800 m point does not meet the design flood discharge results for all return periods, so it is predicted that the drainage channel will cause flooding, while the water capacity in the drainage channel at the point 800-1000 m still meets the design flood discharge at the 2 year and 5 year return periods, but does not meet the 10 year return period, so it is predicted that the drainage channel will still meet capacity if channel normalization is carried out every year.
ANAK AGUNG RATU RITAKA WANGSAIDA BAGUS SURYATMAJAI MADE NADA

In general, landmarks are unique physical forms that can be used as a guide for users of an area to facilitate orientation and also help develop the character of an area. This goal can be realized more easily if the physical (architectural) elements also reflect the local cultural values of the area. Landmarks are a crucial aspect of the city structure as they help individuals orient themselves and understand the city as a whole from a particular point. Landmarks can be various structures such as monuments, statues, buildings, towers, places of worship, and others. The importance of landmarks as reference points for observers to spatial locations has been considered in regional planning, as is the case in Gianyar, Bali. In Blahbatuh District, Gianyar, there is a landmark in the form of Hanoman statue made by KKN students. However, the statue is considered to be made without thinking about the history or characteristics of the village, so there is a need for a redesign design to improve the quality of urban life both in terms of the environment and society. The problems that occur will be observed and then analyzed. The approach applied was a descriptive qualitative one involving theoretical explanations of landmarks as well as direct observation of the objects observed. By analyzing the characteristics of the environment, aesthetic needs, and landmark functions, this research produces design recommendations that also consider aspects of beauty, local identity, and sustainability. The proposed design is a 9m high statue of Dewi Sri, as a reminder that the neighborhood is a rice producer. This design replaces the previous Hanoman Statue which was deemed less reflective of the locality context. The design results are expected to be a reference for the development and revitalization of the area, as well as increasing the attractiveness and uniqueness of local tourist destinations. Hopefully, this research can also play a role in advancing sustainable architecture and design in rural areasAYU PUTU UTARI PARTHAMI LESTARII KADEK YUDI MARDANA

The purpose of this writing is to know and understand the implementation of the constitutional rights of prisoners to vote in simultaneous regional elections whose regions do not yet have prisons. It is known that constitutional rights are rights owned by every citizen. These constitutional rights are not limited only because a citizen becomes a prisoner or a person who is serving a sentence for committing a criminal offense. The existence of prisoners detained in detention centers outside the electoral districts is often missed in the process of updating voter data conducted by the KPU, so that so far the voting rights possessed by these prisoners have never been used properly. Problems related to the constitutional rights of prisoners related to the right to vote in Pilkada occur in several regions in Indonesia, one of which is in North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This paper is then conducted by collecting and reviewing literature legal materials sourced from various sources of literature, with a Legislative Approach approach that results in invitations and Conceptual Approaches, then analyzed with descriptive analysis methods. The implementation of Regional Head Elections for prisoners in the North Lombok area cannot be carried out, because the KPU as the election organizer does not provide polling stations for prisoners in North Lombok which makes the constitutional rights of prisoners not implementedZAHRATUL’AIN TAUFIKDENI HARTAWANPUTRI RAODAH

Seaweed is one of the fishery commodities that has great potential to be developed in coastal areas, especially in Bone Regency which is one of the producing areas of Eucheuma cottonii seaweed. From 2018 until now the demand for seaweed continues to increase while the amount of production is unstable due to several main problems such as farmers' lack of understanding of handling upstream sub-systems, empowerment of cultivation sub-systems and downstream sub-systems and the marketing system only relies on collecting traders. The purpose of this study is to describe the potential of seaweed, identify internal and external factors that influence the increase in production and determine the priority of seaweed agribusiness development strategy in Tanete Riattang District. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a qualitative approach using a questionnaire tool. The number of respondents was 67. Data obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants are agribusiness system actors as internal parties, namely middlemen in the upstream subsystem, seaweed farmers in the farming subsystem, collecting traders in the marketing subsystem, Fisheries Office. Furthermore, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was held. Then it is analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results show that opportunities for seaweed cultivation are still open, therefore the development concept is directed to realize business opportunities, improve the quality and quantity of seaweed production and create new markets to meet high demand to realize premium quality in a sustainable manner supported by oriented institutions that can compete in the local market and export markets to increase income that provides benefits for farmers in maintaining seaweed stabitlity.
RAHMAWATI TAHIRHASMIDAR HASMIDARISLAWATI ISLAWATIMURNI DJABAR

Drought index analysis requires long data requirements. However, the complete and long recording periods of rainfall data are still the main obstacles to meeting rainfall data needs. Apart from that, there are still many areas that do not have adequate and evenly distributed rain recording stations. This research aims to see if the use of CHIRPS (Climate Hazard Group Independent Precipitation with Station Data) satellite rainfall data can be used to calculate the drought index using the SPI (Standardized Precipitation Index) method. The research began with collecting rain data from ARR measurements and downloading CHIRPS satellite rain data. CHIRPS data is corrected first by reducing the correction factor using simple regression where CHIPS data is the independent variable and ARR data is the dependent variable. CHIRPS data was then corrected and used in calculating the drought index using the SPI method. The results of the SPI calculation from the corrected CHIRPS rainfall data were then compared with the drought index resulting from analysis using ARR data. The results obtained show that both CHIRPS data and ARR data produce the highest drought index with the Normal severity category. The drought index resulting from CHIRPS data analysis is stated to be quite good and corresponds to a suitability level of 60%. So the CHIRPS data is declared good and can be used for drought analysis in this region.
HUMAIRO SAIDAHI WAYAN YASAHERI SULISTIYONO

This research was conducted at Mutiara Sukma Hospital with a total of 68 respondents. To determine the contribution of motivational factors, environment, work discipline to the performance of contract workers, the determinant formula (R2) is used. After analyzing the questionnaire, the regression equation Y = 2.079 + 0.308X1 + 0.103 X2 + 0.632X3 is obtained. Furthermore, the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.742 is obtained, which means that the variables of motivation, environment and work discipline affect employee performance by 74.2% and the remaining 25.8% is influenced by other factors. To test the hypothesis in this study, the F test was used with a value F count = 61.322, and Ftable = 3.138 then Ha is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence between the variables of work motivation, work environment and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of contract workers at Mutiara Sukma Hospital. The aquaculture industry continues to grow, but its production encounters problems, one of which is disease outbreaks that can hinder the growth and sustainability of fish production. Research on the use of immunostimulants as an environmentally friendly solution to enhance the resilience of aquatic organisms against diseases is becoming increasingly important. One natural substance that can be used as an immunostimulant is Sargassum seaweed, a type of brown algae found abundantly in tropical and subtropical waters. This study aims to present a recent review of the potential of Sargassum as an immunostimulant in the field of aquaculture. Thisalgae is known to contain various bioactive compounds, including polysaccharides (alginate and fucoidan), polyphenols, and natural pigments, which are believed to have the ability to enhance the immune response of aquatic organisms. Its application has been tested both in vitro and in vivo. The addition of extracts from various types of Sargassum can be done through injection, immersion, or adding them to the feed of cultured organisms. Extracts from several types of Sargassum have been proven to enhance the immune system, growth, and survival of aquatic organisms, as well as to combat disease outbreaks. http://journal.unmasmataram.ac.id/index.php/GARA/article/view/797
Eucheuma cottonii has been extensively studied in the field of aquaculture due to its potential as a natural immunostimulant. In this review, we explore the impact of using Eucheuma cottonii as an immunostimulant in aquatic animals. Based on recent literature, we conclude that Eucheuma cottonii can enhance the immune response in aquatic organisms, including increasing Total Haemocyte Count, phagocytic activity, and gene expression related to the immune system, thus enabling aquatic organisms to combat bacterial and viral infections. The mechanism of action of Eucheuma cottonii is believed to involve bioactive compounds such as sulfated polysaccharides that stimulate non-specific immune responses. The implications of using Eucheuma cottonii in aquaculture include the potential to improve the health and production performance of aquatic animals. However, challenges such as quality control of extracts, interspecies effectiveness, and potential environmental risks need to be addressed. Suggestions for further research include a deeper understanding of the mechanism of action, comparative studies among species, development of production technologies, environmental risk management, as well as education and training for aquaculture farmers. With careful and sustainable approaches, the use of Eucheuma cottonii as an immunostimulant has the potential to enhance the sustainability of the aquaculture industry and the overall health of aquatic animals. NURI MUAHIDDAHYULIANA ASRI

http://journal.unmasmataram.ac.id/index.php/GARA/article/view/798
This study focuses on the principle of legality in criminal law as a means of dealing with child marriage. Child marriages, which continue to occur today, have become a social phenomenon in various regions, not only occurring among ordinary people, but also in Islamic boarding school environments. The approach method uses conceptual (conceptual approach) and statutory (statute approach). The legal materials used come from documented legal materials in the library. Analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. This study resulted in the finding that child marriage is not a criminal act according to the principle of legality as regulated in Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code (KUHP) because the prohibition on child marriage is clearly and firmly regulated in the jurisdiction of the Civil Law, especially Article 7 paragraph 1 of the Marriage Law. Moreover, this prohibition is not absolute because it can be excluded by the existence of Article 7 paragraph 2 which provides legal policy for court judges to grant requests for marriage dispensation requested by parents or guardians of children for very urgent and unavoidable reasons in order to protect the child. . On the other hand, the current criminal law policy as a means of overcoming child marriage does not contain terminology that clearly and firmly regulates the prohibition and sanctions for perpetrators of child marriage, but what is regulated is the prohibition of forced child marriage and making child marriage a means of exploiting children. Apart from that, the existence of Article 288 of the Criminal Code relating to the prohibition of sexual intercourse with children who are thought to be unfit for marriage has no force and at the same time there are indications of a conflict of norms with the existence of Article 7 paragraph 2 of the Marriage Law, in line with the positive legal theory which views the granting of marriage dispensations by The authorized institution can erase the perpetrator's mistakes to become a reason for forgiveness and justification in criminal lawM.
The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the constitutional interpretation of Decision Number 116/PUU-XXI/2023 concerning parliamentary thresholds. The method used in this research is normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this research show that the Constitutional Court through Decision Number 116/PUU-XXI/2023 partially granted the application for material review submitted by the Association for Elections and Democracy (Perludem) regarding the provisions of Article 414 paragraph (1) of Law Number 7 of 2017 regarding General Elections, namely that political parties must meet the threshold for obtaining a vote of at least 4% of the number of valid votes nationally to be included in determining the acquisition of seats for members of the DPR, however, the constitutional interpretation of the decision does not cancel the parliamentary threshold of 4%, but rather the interpretation of the decision providing legitimacy that the Constitutional Court decides on conditional constitutionality. The conditional constitutional decision contains a constitutional interpretation that the 4% parliamentary threshold remains valid for both the 2024 DPR elections and the 2029 DPR elections, as long as the determination of the threshold is not based on methods, arguments and requirements as determined in the Constitutional Court decision.
ADY SUPRYADIAESTHETICA FIORINIMANTIKARENA AMINWARAFAHRURROZI FAHRURROZIIMAWANTO IMAWANTO

This research is intended to systematically describe and analyze the role of Bank Indonesia authorities as creditors and supervisors and supervisors of banks in maintaining the soundness of banks based on the national banking system, regulating the revocation of business permits, dissolution of business entities and liquidation of banks based on the national banking system and the relevance of granting exclusive rights. to Bank Indonesia to file bankruptcy against the bank based on the Bankruptcy Law and the Banking Law. This type of research is normative juridical, with a statutory and conceptual approach. Based on the research results, it shows: firstly, that Bank Indonesia's authority as a creditor is anticipating financial difficulties faced by a bank within a certain period of time by providing loans with a maximum repayment period of 90 days (3 months). Meanwhile, Bank Indonesia's authority as supervisor and supervisor is aimed at improving the performance of a bank which is determined on the basis of asset quality, management quality, liquidity, profitability and solvency as an effort to increase public confidence in banks. Second; One of the recommendations from Bank Indonesia for one of the banks which, based on Bank Indonesia's assessment, is difficult to save is to revoke the business license, disband the business entity and liquidate the bank. Third: Although based on Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations, it is determined that a bank's bankruptcy statement can only be submitted by Bank Indonesia, but because operationally and institutionally banks have different characteristics from other business entities, the implementation bankruptcy of a bank becomes ineffective, especially if it is linked to the principle of Lex Specialis Derogat Lex GeneralisDEWI ASMAWARDHANIRINDA PHILONANOVITA LISTYANINGRUMBAIQ NURAINI DWI S.BAIHAQI SYAKBANI
